Decisions regarding strategy shall be made in consultation with the Committee.
18. Dissolution and Disposal of Assets Following Dissolution
a- The Association shall be dissolved only after obtaining the approval of the Government, in accordance with Section 13 of the Societies Registration Act, 1860.
b- The Association shall be dissolved only upon the passing of a resolution to that effect by three-fifths (3/5) of the members of the General Body.
c- Any movable and immovable assets remaining after the dissolution shall not be distributed among any members or non-members; rather, with the consent of the General Body, such assets shall be transferred to an organization with similar objectives or to the Government.
