Driver Association of Bihar – Cancellation and Refund Policy
Introduction
Thank you for your support of the Driver Association of Bihar. We are committed to transparency and accountability in all our operations. This policy outlines the terms under which your contributions to our society may be cancelled or refunded.
Scope
This policy applies to all financial contributions, including donations, membership fees, event registration fees, sponsorships, and any other form of financial support.
Policy Statement
All contributions made to the Driver Association of Bihar are final. Once a contribution has been processed, it cannot be cancelled, and no refunds will be issued.
Reasons for Non-Refundability
Resource Allocation: Contributions are immediately directed towards our programs and services.
Operational Efficiency: Handling refunds diverts resources away from our mission.
Legal and Compliance: Certain contributions may be subject to regulatory constraints.
Exceptions
In rare cases, we may consider issuing a refund at our sole discretion—for instance, in cases of duplicate transactions or errors in the contribution amount. All requests for an exception must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date.
Procedure for Requesting an Exception
