**Area of ​​Operation:** The area of ​​operation of this Association shall encompass the entire State of Bihar.

**Objectives:** The Association shall have the following primary objectives:

* To conduct various programs aimed at the economic, social, educational, cultural, and moral development of drivers, Dalits, backward classes, economically weaker sections, tribal communities, destitute women, and orphans within society.
* To organize and implement various initiatives through the Association to address and resolve the specific problems faced by drivers (vehicle operators).
* To organize drivers (vehicle operators) under a unified banner and to foster a spirit of mutual unity and cooperation among them.
* To establish and operate educational and training institutes—covering typing, shorthand, computer skills, electronics, as well as other technical and non-technical disciplines—with the aim of empowering the educated unemployed youth from the families dependent on drivers to become self-reliant.
* To provide vocational training and instruction—including sewing, embroidery, knitting, needlework, painting, doll-making, beauty and grooming techniques, and other trades—to women from drivers' families, thereby making them employment-ready.
* To establish and manage *Mahila Mandals* (Women's Groups), *Balwadis* (Preschools), *Anganwadis*, Self-Help Groups, crèches, and nutritional diet centers to facilitate the holistic development of women and children.
* To provide training in small-scale industries, cottage industries, home-based enterprises, *Khadi* and village industries, fisheries, beekeeping, sericulture, animal husbandry, dairy farming, and fruit and food processing to destitute men and women from drivers' families, thereby fostering their economic development and assisting them in becoming self-reliant.
* To arrange for shelter, food, education, and other necessities for children, the elderly, and widows; to undertake various welfare activities for their benefit; and to operate nutritional diet distribution centers specifically for women.
* To establish and operate training centers offering various levels of computer-related vocational courses—including hardware, software, specific skill-building modules, internet proficiency, and other allied disciplines—under the aegis of the Association. It will assist in the intellectual development of people by conducting various programs for the promotion and dissemination of education. Furthermore, it will manage residential schools, libraries, reading rooms, study halls, hostels, schools for minorities, and schools for the deaf and mute; and it will help poor, destitute, disabled, and minority students—both male and female—to progress in life by providing them with every possible form of financial assistance.
It will provide healthcare services to safeguard the health of the poor across all sections of society. It will organize and conduct vaccination camps, general health camps, and similar initiatives. It will disseminate essential information regarding the prevention of incurable diseases such as AIDS, cancer, TB, Kala-azar, Hepatitis, etc., and will provide medical care, ambulance services, and mobile medical units to those afflicted by these conditions.
Through the Association, maximum assistance will be extended to safeguard people's health by utilizing Ayurvedic, Naturopathic, and Homeopathic systems of medicine; additionally, the Association will promote, disseminate, and provide training in various other medical disciplines.
It will organize and implement welfare programs for child laborers, female workers, and other members of the workforce, making arrangements for their education and rehabilitation. It will also conduct necessary programs aimed at integrating persons with disabilities into the social mainstream.
It will organize tree-plantation drives and other initiatives to render the environment pollution-free. It will promote and disseminate the use of solar energy, biogas, and other forms of natural energy. It will conduct sanitation drives in both rural and urban areas, provide people with access to clean drinking water and toilet facilities, and promote traffic safety rules as part of road safety campaigns.
It will organize and execute relief operations during sudden calamities and disasters such as floods, famines, epidemics, droughts, etc., and will actively contribute to broader relief efforts.
It will conduct programs aimed at eradicating social evils prevalent in society—such as child marriage, female feticide, the dowry system, substance abuse, etc.—and will actively encourage and promote the practice of "ideal marriages" (simple, socially responsible weddings) and widow remarriage.
To foster the development of agriculture and horticulture, it will provide farmers with modern tools, high-quality seeds, advanced fertilizers, appropriate irrigation facilities, watershed management systems, water harvesting infrastructure, tube wells, ponds, and similar resources. To provide necessary resources for the cultivation of medicinal and cash crops, as well as to establish nurseries for medicinal plants and promote their propagation.
To operate libraries, reading rooms, and music centers; and to undertake the publication, distribution, and archiving of periodicals and journals. To provide training in drama, dance, music, and instrumental arts.
To organize and conduct programs aimed at fostering national unity, integrity, and mutual harmony. To disseminate information regarding—and raise awareness about—consumer protection, the Panchayati Raj system, adult suffrage, human rights, and related subjects.
